Our position on modern slavery

Why this is here, and what it is not

Carbonbit Limited is a small UK consultancy. We do not meet the turnover threshold (£36 million) at which the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a company to publish an annual slavery and human trafficking statement, so this is not one: it is a short, voluntary statement of our own position, because we ask our clients to take exactly this kind of transparency seriously and it would be inconsistent not to hold ourselves to the same standard.

Our position and our supply chain

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. Our own supply chain is small and low-risk: mainly professional services, software and cloud infrastructure providers, and general business services, and we choose suppliers who can demonstrate the same standards we expect of ourselves.

Every member of our team understands what modern slavery looks like and how to raise a concern, and we review this position each year alongside our other governance.
