Do I need my energy bills or any documents to begin?
No. The first step is questions a director can answer from memory. Documents come later, and only the ones your roadmap actually justifies. Each request tells you why it is needed.
What happens after I see my roadmap?
It is yours to look at, free. If you want to keep it and start building on it, you create an account at that point: one email, no card. Nothing is saved until you do.
Could I not just do this with ChatGPT?
For exploring and drafting? Yes, and we would encourage it. What a chat cannot give you is a number that shows its source, survives an auditor's "show me how you got this", and carries a qualified person's sign-off. Bring your own data; we make it defensible.
